Since A&M's arrival to SEAA, there has been growing demand from both local and multinational entities for turnaround management, performance improvement and business advisory services.


 

From its SEAA offices, A&M offers turnaround and restructuring advisory, interim and crisis management, performance improvement and transaction advisory services to private equity and credit funds, local and multinational firms and lenders.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of working experience in M&A/corporate finance/restructuring plus transaction advisory/DD experience

  • Financial skills:  bottom-up 3-statement financial modeling, strong DCF modeling skills

  • Quantitative analytical skills:  good understanding of valuation theory, methodologies, and applications; good understanding of credit analysis

  • Other skills: Bloomberg terminal/Capital IQ

  • Languages: excellent in both verbal and written English

  • A demonstrated genuine interest in financial restructuring

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with all levels of staff
