A&M supports financial services organisations throughout the entire digital journey including defining a digital strategy, developing customer experiences and optimizing operations.
This role sits at the intersection of our Digital and Financial Services team. The successful candidate will work with our existing FSI teams to build the profile and reputation of A&M in the Financial Services digital transformation space across EMEA.
As part of a select and highly skilled team, you will have the opportunity to;
Support the delivery of high profile digitally-enabled transformation projects
Review clients’ immediate and future issues and develop actionable options for the utilisation of digital technologies to improve performance & generate strategic advantage
Develop business plans and financial projections including assessments of risks and opportunities. Contribute to performance monitoring following business plan implementation
Provide insight on the optimisation of operations using digital technologies including data and analytics, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Customer Experience
Support business development activities including the creation of client pitches and proposals to win new mandates
Requirements
The successful candidate will be an execution-focused self-starter with entrepreneurial flair. They will be comfortable working independently as well as part of a high performing team.
Specifically, the successful candidate will have:
Successful track record of delivering transformation in the financial services sector within a well-established consulting firm such as a top tier strategy firm, a leading specialist advisory firm or ‘Big 4’ consultancy
A consulting toolkit including how to frame a business issue, judiciously find and use internal and external data to test hypotheses and draw conclusions, business model using Excel, structure and write PowerPoint and Word presentations and reports
Hands-on experience in digital financial services, bringing knowledge in all or some of the following: strategy, operating model, RPA/AI, and end to end journey redesign
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, verbally and in writing. Experience of supporting end-of-project reports and client-ready materials is essential
A strong academic track record combined with an action-oriented approach and well-developed analytical skills
Fluent business level English is essential. Additional European language skills are highly desirable
