The opportunity
Post pandemic, our clients are facing intricate challenges caused by labor shortages, increasing commodity prices, and strong consumer demand. Companies are struggling to understand how to navigate this environment and do not have the capacity to move fast enough on their own. Our firm’s Supply Chain Services group is experiencing significant growth in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles and New York. We are seeking individuals at the Manager and Director levels to join our team to deliver large, complex and transformational client engagements. Using leadership ability and proven supply chain management techniques, this individual will directly oversee and implement end to end supply chain related strategies to drive results across all of our service offerings:

Technical Skills
Deep functional expertise in one of the following areas:
Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning
Logistics & Distribution
Manufacturing & Operations
Strong ability to develop integrated supply chain strategies and programs involving supplier partnership and channel partner concepts, material planning, maintenance, sourcing, quality, logistics, and distribution
Strong business financial acumen.
Understanding of procurement tools/technology to drive efficiency and rapid cost take out (i.e. eRFX, Spend Analytics, Network Optimization)
Project and Communication Skills
Ability to employ high emotional IQ in client and team interactions to build consensus and buy-in to support change efforts
Ability to synthesize diverse ideas, facts, and data into a cohesive analysis that includes problem statement, solution hypotheses, and robust data analysis to support recommendations
Provide service excellence by identifying key client business issues
Analysis validation / recommendation development for the client in the context of the overall engagement
Deliverable quality management and oversight
Team and day-to-day client relationship management to ensure exceptional performance
Participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple, and often conflicting, priorities at one time
Great attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work
High degree of professionalism and confidentiality in handling and having access to client information
Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.)
A willingness to travel for project work - up to 90% of time depending on account and project

Education & Experience
A Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Supply Chain or related field required; MBA preferred
Must have a minimum of five (5) years of Supply Chain management experience demonstrating a track record of delivering measurable and sustainable results
Combination of consulting and industry experience preferred
The following are the annual base salary ranges, commensurate with experience: Consultant: $90,000-$135,000; Manager: $135,000-$165,000; Director: $150,000-$205,000; Senior Director: $175,000-$245,000. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
