Alvarez and Marsal’s Corporate Merger & Acquisition Services (CMAS) practice brings a structured and disciplined approach to create and capture value throughout the M&A deal cycle. We provide corporate clients with deep leadership and expertise in all phases of mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, and divestitures.

Who You’ll Be Working With
CMAS practitioners are problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience.
They are hands-on, entrepreneurial, open minded, high achieving, and collaborative individuals who go the extra mile and deliver gold standard work for their teammates and clients. They are often leaders amongst their peers with the confidence to approach internal and external problems head-on and the grit to execute highly complex, value add initiatives in intense situations. A&M and CMAS pride themselves on promoting an inclusive and connected practice which builds leaders and teams that are trusted by executives to assess and drive high-stakes and sustained performance improvement.
We are looking for seasoned professionals with experience in M&A transactions. The ideal candidate will have a background in one or more of the following areas:
Qualifications and Skills
The following are the annual base salary ranges, commensurate with experience: Consultant: $90,000-$135,000; Manager: $135,000-$165,000; Director: $150,000-$205,000; Senior Director: $175,000-$245,000. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
