Alvarez & Marsal's Corporate Performance Improvement practice is looking for experienced Digital and Technology Services professionals to help our clients modernize their technology landscape and maximize returns on their technology investments.

Experience should include one or more of the following:

  • Strategy and Architecture
    • Transformational IT Strategy
    • Enterprise Architecture
  • Technology Platforms – experience with various technologies and across multiple phases of a business/technology transformation journey in one or more of these domains:
    • Cloud
    • Data & Analytics
    • Automation
    • Microservices
  • Processes
    • Agile
    • DevSecOps


  • Serve as Project Lead and/or Subject Matter Advisor on A&M’s Digital and Technology Services oriented client projects
  • Support A&M’s practice development efforts by contributing to internal training, content and people development activities
  • Lead technical assessments, strategy, architecture, planning and execution activities in collaboration with A&M, client and 3rd party resources, with a focus on business objectives and outcomes
  • Integrate findings and recommendations into A&M’s broader scope and deliverables on respective client engagements


  • 4-12 years of professional consulting or relevant industry experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MIS a plus
  • Experience in any of the following industries preferred:
    • Aerospace, Automotive, Consumer Products, Energy, Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Media, Pharmaceuticals, Public and Social sector, Real Estate, Retail and Transportation
  • Comfortable with travel

The following are the annual base salary ranges, commensurate with experience: Consultant: $90,000-$135,000; Manager: $135,000-$165,000; Director: $150,000-$205,000; Senior Director: $175,000-$245,000. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance.  Please ask your recruiter for details.
