Description
Financial Investors – Associate (Manchester)
Our Financial Investors team has a diverse and thriving portfolio of notable infrastructure fund and private equity clients based in London, locally in the Northwest as well as the other regions and overseas who expect a tailored and focused approach to tax advice. We help and support our clients by identifying their key tax concerns and advising on strategies to address those concerns. We help clients with a wide range of issues, from advising on the establishment of new funds and subsequent transactions undertaken as well as other ancillary services such as providing tax compliance services throughout the life of the fund.
Financial Investor tax is a multi-faceted team that encompasses three core service lines: Transactions Tax, Fund and Management advisory and International tax with client mandates that typically span across all three.
