Description
With many commercial sectors, both in the UK and internationally, suffering varying degrees of distress, a number of our business units have a growing requirement for extensive tax support (including debtor and creditor advisory, restructuring and formal insolvency). A strong restructuring tax team with the right expertise is critical to the successful execution of such corporate transactions.
Our extensive hands-on domestic and cross-border transaction experience in these areas helps resolve critical tax considerations in an efficient and practical manner. Our focus on balancing various stakeholders’ concerns and the key commercial drivers, means that we can meet issues head-on and achieve results.
Our Restructuring Tax Services professionals serve as dedicated resource to our colleagues advising stressed and distressed businesses and their lenders, dealing with the many and varied tax consequences in such situations.
