Today, with significant ambition to build on the successes in the UK market, A&M is looking  to grow our Executive Compensation business.

This is an exciting opportunity for Associates, Consultants and newly qualified ACA to join our executive compensation practice. Led by a team of very experienced partners, our practice supports a broad range of companies and their remuneration committees in developing and implementing  remuneration arrangements that are aligned with their strategies, culture and stakeholders.  Our approach and our culture are open, collaborative and meritocratic.

As a growing team, we are open to seeing candidates who may not have direct relevant experience in Executive Compensation but are interested in the area and looking for a change in career path.  Individuals with an ACA qualification will have a good foundation for the type of work the team does. 

As an Associate / Consultant you will:

  • Be looking to further develop your technical knowledge of executive remuneration benchmarking, corporate governance, regulation and reward strategy development

  • Be able to be a core member of client team

  • Contribute to marketing, business development and external events

  • Work as part of a team serving Remuneration Committees in the FTSE 350, Small Cap, AIM and overseas together with private companies an mutual societies

  • Contribute to the development and coaching of graduates
