Their work comprises French situations and cross border activity in addition to international situations around the world.

A&M’s Global Transaction Advisory Group (“TAG”) is the largest transaction advisory practice outside the Big 4 audit firms. Our award-winning practice includes over 800 professionals in 35 offices across the U.S., Middle East, Europe, Latin America, India and Asia Pacific.  In 2021 we launched our TAG practice in Dubai, Madrid & Geneva & all of our existing teams are expanding. We have established A&M as the leading provider of Financial Due Diligence globally outside the big four & the no.1 firm to develop a pan European career in Transaction Advisory today.

We are expanding, and we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Individuals to join our Transactions Advisory team in Paris.

The successful candidate will;

  • Work across the entire deal life cycle in a hands-on role, including both buy-side and sell-side work

As part of a select and highly skilled team, you will have the opportunity to;

  • Work with a variety of large-cap and mid-cap Private Equity houses, corporate clients and financial institutions providing broad industry exposure
  • Lead projects reporting directly to the Managing Directors or Senior Directors
  • Work as part of multi-disciplinary teams in France and across geographies and build broad international deal experience
  • Gain exposure to senior members of the team in France and internationally gaining ‘on the job’ learning & development in addition to established formal training
  • Use the commercial aspects of your financial analysis skills, in addition to analysing the key drivers and valuation considerations that drive a transaction
  • Work alongside A&M’s operational and commercial professionals in combined project teams enhancing your understanding of the broader due diligence & wider deal process
  • Network with our service lines and work on external marketing events to build cross- service line relationships
  • Be active in the external market, supporting and enhancing existing client relationships and developing new client relationships

Essential experience;

  • Graduated from a leading “Grande Ecoles” in Business and / or Engineering, or equivalent
  • Big 4 trained - Previous financial due diligence experience is essential
  • Exposure to blue-chip Corporates and/ or Private Equity is useful
  • Fluent business level English and French is essential. Additional European language skills including Dutch, German, Swedish, Italian or Spanish are highly desirable

Our base salaries are highly competitive and bonuses are un-capped. Employees are equitably rewarded for their contribution to growing both TAG and A&M and our bonus system is well known for both its fairness and generosity.
