Our Disputes & Investigations team advises courts, plaintiffs and defendants, buyers and sellers as well as boards of directors and supervisory boards in commercial disputes or the context of corporate transactions (Post-M&A Disputes).  

As an Analyst / Associate (m/f/d) you work will work with clients across Europe to:  
  • Create Business analyses  
  • Financial models  
  • Market and industry analyses 
  • Business Development / proposals for possible clients  
At best you already have some relevant consulting experience within a transaction advisory team and the following qualifications: 
  • Excellent university degree 
  • Accounting and corporate finance skills
  • Business valuation and financial modelling 
  • Additional qualifications like CFA, CPA are an advantage.
  • Analytical and communicative skills
  • Excellent German and English language skills, other foreign languages are of advantage.
