We launched our TAG practice in Italy in 2021 and our Milan based team is now highly active in the Italian market working for premium clients on notable deals: large and mid-cap private equity, fast growth premium small cap deals, multinational corporates. Their work comprises Italian situations and cross border activity in addition to international situations around the world. Our experienced and highly respected team is lead by two high profile Italian Managing Directors in Milan.
TAG Italy is a fully integrated part of our Global Transactions Advisory Group and we are the largest transaction advisory practice outside the audit firms. Our global TAG team includes over 800 professionals throughout US, Latin America, Europe, Middle East, India and Asia Pacific.
A&M TAG have a unique opportunity to perform “smarter” due diligence by providing an integrated and differentiated approach. We are unrestricted by any conflict with audit mandates and the resulting issues caused that are typical in many of our competitors. We are also able to operate cross-border seamlessly due to our truly global organisational structure. All our teams are expanding around the world, and we have established A&M as the leading provider of Financial Due Diligence globally outside of the Big 4 audit firms. A&M TAG have a unique delivery model that enables extensive exposure to high profile clients and Managing Directors thus empowering individuals to fast-track their careers and development. We are expanding, and we are looking for experienced and ambitious Directors and Senior Directors to join our TAG team in Milan. Candidates should have a successful track record at a leading Advisory firm, and they will be able to contribute to the growth of the practice through strengthening the Italian and European business, broadening routes to market and leveraging senior relationships. The successful appointee will be experienced in selling and delivering financial due diligence advisory assignments.
