As an Enterprise Solutions Architect, you will:

  • Work with various stakeholders across the organization to communicate complex or technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation, self-reliance, and teamwork skills.
  • Seek opportunities to improve efficiency through innovation and automation.
  • Apply strong analytical and data analytics skills with attention to detail.
  • Perform business analysis, customer interaction, and problem-solving tasks.
  • Define and/or improve business processes as needed.
  • Have a positive and professional attitude towards opportunities, projects, and challenges.
  • Have some conceptual knowledge and/or experience with AI and other automation platforms & technologies.
  • Evaluate complex ideas or proposals and provide a range of significant recommendations.
    Use multiple sources of information, including stakeholder feedback, to develop solutions and recommendations.
  • Use data and insights to support conclusions and decision-making.
  • Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarizing key points.
  • Adhere to the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
  • Design, implement, and enhance new/current subject areas.
  • Implement new or upgraded cloud data strategies and Microsoft Azure platforms.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution in computer science.
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience as an Enterprise Solutions Architect or in a related field working with Microsoft Azure
  • Prior working experience using ServiceNow preferred. 

The salary range is $135000 - $150,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance.  Please ask your recruiter for details.
