Following significant year-on-year growth, we are delighted to seek an Inclusive Diversity Senior Manager, to support Inclusive Diversity initiatives across EMEA. You will join the HR Team whilst working in partnership with our Inclusive Diversity Office (IDO), led by Managing Directors (Erin Brookes and Marija Simovic) who are members of the European Executive Committee. The remit of the IDO is broad, you will be comfortable in operating at the operational level, with a clear focus on rapid delivery and change management.

We believe this is a fantastic opportunity to take the reins of our Inclusive Diversity programme and take the firm to the next level. This is a top priority amongst all of our leadership, you have their buy-in.

Skills / Experience Required

  • We are open to candidates from broad backgrounds, you do not require extensive experience in delivering Inclusive Diversity programmes
    • Marketing experience / management of events and communications a plus
    • Experience within professional services and consultancy environments a plus
    • Experience of multiple a plus
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrable project management and organisational skills
  • Professionalism and discretion, particularly when dealing with confidential and sensitive topics / issues
  • Enjoy change management

Responsibilities / Objectives

  • Support delivery of the IDO strategic plan, working closely with the co-leads of the Inclusive Diversity Executive
  • Develop and deliver a communication plan / schedule of events which incorporates all Inclusive Diversity annual events and key topics (e.g. religious events, recognition days, Gender Pay Gap, A&M recruitment / promotion news, etc)
  • Work closely with A&M’s Diversity Network Groups to ensure close alignment of platform initiatives and objectives
  • Support the IDO and Learning & Development team to develop and deliver training materials to build knowledge, awareness and understanding of key diversity and inclusion issues
  • Build and maintain relationships internally across all levels, external organisations / bodies, community and business partners
  • Deliver monthly KPI reporting and a firm-wide survey to track achievements, issues, and spot opportunities
