A&M's Valuation Services teams in London, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Munich, Madrid and Paris work as one joint team, with continuous peer interaction between all offices and cross-border staffing on international projects. Our experienced experts deal with the valuation of companies, company shares and individual assets. By combining operational consulting approach with detailed valuation knowledge, we support in preparing and analysing corporate plans, developing management strategies, financial planning through debt or equity capital as well as transaction and strategy consulting. 

As a Working Student (m/f/d) you will support the European Valuation Services team and work on the following tasks 

  • Valuation of companies in the context of transactions, restructurings, corporate or tax reorganizations or disputes 

  • Preparing capital market analyses and deriving the cost of capital 

  • You will also learn to assess the plausibility of business plans 

At best you already have some relevant consulting experience and the following qualifications: 

  • Excellent Bachelor’s degree  

  • Relevant internships  

  • Strong affinity for data and facts 

  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint 

  • Excellent German and English language skills, other foreign languages are of advantage.
