The Role

We are currently looking for a Knowledge Manager within our European Corporate Transformation Services team. This newly created role will be pivotal to the practice and our ability to achieve our growth ambition. This position is London based but will support our practitioners across Europe. You will report directly to the Business Development Manage however a high level of direct interaction is expected with all levels of our fee-earning practitioners.

The aim of the Knowledge Manager is to gather, manage and disseminate internal intellectual capital to increase business development productivity, project delivery efficiency and improve outcomes, working with a SharePoint-based content repository. The Knowledge Manager will also promote tools and processes which increase information flow and best practice sharing within CTS, other SBUs in EMEA and across the firm.

  • Knowledge Management – project tracking, intellectual capital capture and dissemination, knowledge systems maintenance, promoting and training consultants in proper use of knowledge tools and appropriate knowledge sharing, SME/expertise tracking
  • Advisory – an enabler within the business supporting consultants in the use and distribution of internally generated intellectual capital. Promoting the message that information sharing behaviours are actively encouraged and rewarded whilst ensuring full compliance with client confidentiality
  • Promotion – Ensuring new Knowledge, best practices, new internal capabilities are communicated effectively (bulletins, newsletters, Team intranet site)

The Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Knowledge Management practices
  • Proven experience working with professionals of all levels up to C-Level
  • Experience working in Knowledge Management at a professional services or consultancy firm advantageous
  • Microsoft 365 and SharePoint experience required
