Analyst (Transaction Advisory Group)

Description

Atividades e responsabilidades:

• Atuar em projetos com escopo para realização de valuation, demonstrações, projeções e modelagens financeiras, PPA e CPC.
• Identificar o objetivo de negócios do cliente e trabalhar na análise do relatório com foco nesses objetivos;
• Analisar dados do mercado e construir apresentações/relatórios dos estudos para clientes internos e externos;
• Participar de projetos e garantir cumprimento do cronograma e entregas;
   

Competências profissionais:

• Boa capacidade de comunicação, capacidade de escuta e interpretação para tratativas com C-Level;
• Habilidades analíticas e comprovadas na resolução de problemas;
• Capacidade de execução ativa (i.e. hands-on) de tarefas complexas;
• Habilidade para trabalhar de colaborativamente em ambiente heterogêneo;
• Capacidade de desenvolver bom trânsito com todos os níveis hierárquicos;
   

Qualificações:

• Ensino superior completo preferencialmente em cursos correlatos (Ciências Econômicas, Ciências contábeis, Engenharia, Gestão Financeira, Controladoria,  Administração);
• Desejável inglês avançado;
• Desejável experiência relevante em consultoria e/ou boutiques de M&A.
