Actividades y responsabilidades:

Relacion de las facturas recibidas para el proveedor contable externo.
Preparacion e envio de solicitud de facturas de venta el proveedor contable externo.
Registro en Agresso de las facturas posterior a recibir las causaciones locales.
Solicitudes para certificados de retencion para calculo de impuestos (Bimestrales)
Proceso en el banco para pagos a terceros, nómina, impuestos.
Pagos servicios publicos por PSE.
Registro en Concur de gastos reembolsables de directores.
Prepacion y envio de “cash flow” semanal y mensual.
Preparación e envio “allocation” mensuales.
Cobro cartera.
Proceso de monetizacion de divisas por pagos recibidos por parte de clientes.
Compra de insumos para oficina.
Solicitud y coordinación de examenes medico ocupacionales - SG-SST.
Atención y desarrollo de actividades del SG-SST.
Reporte y seguimiento de novedades mensuales para nómina.
Informe de gestion anual.
 

Competencias profesionales:

Sólida trayectoria profesional con ejemplos de alto desempeño
Buenas habilidades de escritura y habilidades para resolver problemas
Capacidad para trabajar en colaboración en un entorno heterogéneo
Capacidad para desarrollar una buena comunicación con todos los niveles jerárquicos
 

Calificaciones:

Educación superior completa en Administración, Contabilidad, Economía, Finanzas y carreras afinenes
Experiencia en actividades administrativas e contábeis;
Conocimiento en Microsoft Office;
