We provide tax, turnaround management, restructuring, performance improvement, and corporate advisory services. Our tax practice is unique in that we offer the opportunity to work without audit conflict and truly act a trusted business advisor. The Practice / Market Development Leader works closely with the Tax practice leaders and the Sales Enablement & Revenue Growth team (Marketing & Business Development) to execute the Tax practice’s strategic growth vision. The individual acts as a trusted advisor to the Tax practice on matters related to business development, practice development knowledge management and sharing, training, service content, success stories and pitches. The Market Development Leader will work with the Global Tax practice and Alvarez & Marsal to increase and sustain awareness of the Tax practice’s capabilities, successes and plans. This individual works as a luminary within the practice to help support business development and in all matters involving the advancement of the practice.

The annual base salary range is $130,000 - $140,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
