Description

Atividades e responsabilidades:

  • Atuar em projetos de due diligence financeira “buy-side” e “sell-side” em diferentes indústrias para clientes estratégicos e fundos de private equity;
  • Analisar os resultados históricos e propor ajustes às métricas associadas à precificação adotada pelo cliente (EBITDA, capital de giro e dívida líquida);

Competências profissionais:

  • Conhecimento contábil sólido (passagem por auditoria externa é um diferencial)
  •  Alta capacidade analítica (capacidade de analisar grandes bases de dados)
  • Nível avançado para ferramenta Excel
  • Capacidade de comunicar ideias complexas em inglês e português (Inglês fluente é um diferencial)
  • Avaliações de alta performance nas passagens anteriores é um diferencial

Qualificações:

  • Ensino superior completo em Economia, Ciências contábeis ou Administração Inglês intermediário, desejável avançado
  • Experiência em auditoria externa ou consultoria em transações
