We are looking for Finance Analyst with a deep finance mindset to join our financial team in Tashkent.

Main responsibilities

  • Prepare projects and financial models and develop the calculation methodology
  • Prepare and update company’s financial and economic models and evaluate business scenarios
  • Control budget execution at all levels: contract, project, business unit, branch, reporting to management
  • Timesheets control and utilization forecast
  • Take part in the monthly close process, generate plan/actual analytical reports and investigate deviations
  • Prepare cash flow and collections forecast
  • Participation in preparation of the Business Plan and Budget
  • Participation in internal and external audit of the company in accordance with IFRS
  • Search for ways to reduce the costs of the company, provide recommendations to the management
  • Financial analysis and processing of ad-hoc requests
  • Day-to-day collaboration with HQ finance team

The Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years of experience as a Finance Manager, Finance Analyst, Financial Controller or Accountant in a multinational company
  • Experience in Management Accounting - focusing on building budget and project models from scratch using Excel with different levels of consolidation (projects/business units/legal entity)
  • Awareness in statutory accounting, taxation, and primary documents in Uzbekistan/Russia
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Understanding IFRS, good knowledge is an advantage
  • Knowledge of MS Power BI is a plus
  • Business-driven mindset, result-oriented approach, ability to work independently and try different approaches
  • Strong analytical capability
  • Strong communication & influencing skills
  • ACCA or CIMA is a plus
