Work alongside other A&M professionals on the Cost Optimization team to provide clients with a holistic, cross-functional approach that focuses on quickly identifying high impact opportunities for EBITDA and cash flow improvements across the entire cost structure. Lead time-sensitive projects by structuring performance improvement plans and managing the process through to completion. Identify opportunities to significantly reduce costs by changing business leadership structure, sales and sales support staffing levels, business unit and functional management structures, and improving efficiency of all major back-office functions. Implement programs to reduce cost structure, including changes to roles and responsibilities, implementation of supporting processes, and execution of workforce reductions. Work with clients directly to implement strategic and operational recommendations. Assist clients in the following areas: Direct, indirect, and labor cost transparency; Sales & Marketing effectiveness, processes, and incentives; Operations management, productivity, and efficiency; Organizational structure and effectiveness; non-labor cost efficiency; and Process improvement and performance management metrics / KPIs. Domestic or international travel required. Frequency and duration impossible to predict.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a closely related field and minimum 5 years of experience in any job title/occupation/position involving cost optimization project leadership experience.
Experience must include: implementing cost reduction programs, organizational restructure, and cost structure improvements; providing full transparency on cost and margin profiles and increasing efficiency of overhead spending; industrial, business services, distribution, or consumer products and retail industry experience; and structured project management.
Compensation Statement:
The annual base salary range is $150k--$200k. Please ask your recruiter for details.
