Marketing Project Coordinator, Web Development

A&M’s Global Marketing Team is seeking a results-driven project coordinator to manage and execute A&M’s website development projects and initiatives. This person will help evolve A&M’s web presence and platform in addition to optimizing the development process. This role will report to the global leader responsible for A&M’s web development function.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with strong project management and communication skills and demonstrated experience.  This role will have responsibility for all aspects of project management related to web development, including project scoping to design and implementation.   

To ensure success in this role, you should have extensive project management experience, particularly in the area of web design and user experience design (UX), and have an understanding of customer journey and content journey relative to website content and structures.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and own all project management initiatives including:
    • Project initiation, planning and development, including project scoping with internal stakeholders
    • Establish and document comprehensive project plans, detailing key milestones and managing all parties to deadlines
    • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time and within budget
    • Manage relationships and coordinate regular communications with all parties on expectations, status updates, approvals, and all project-related timelines
    • Measure and assess project efficiencies and identify improvements
  • Work with third-party vendors to discuss project scope and agree on budgets and estimates to be provided to internal clients 
  • Detailed user acceptance testing activities (UAT)

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of overall project management experience, with at least 2 years minimum specific to web related project management
  • Experience working and communicating with senior stakeholders, as well as managing communications and relationships with external parties
  • Strong experience and knowledge of project management protocols, processes, and communication – PMP certification or desire to pursue a PMP certification a plus
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and evolving environment with multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Experience working with Drupal CMS a plus
  • Demonstrated experience using core Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and related)

Education Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
