Alvarez & Marsal (A&M), a leading independent global professional services firm, specializing in providing turnaround management, performance improvement and advisory services, is seeking a Contract Specialist for the Human Resources team.
The Contracts Specialist is responsible for providing key administrative support to the Human Resources team through administering all offer paperwork to include offer letters, addendum letters, offer letter updates, sub-contractor agreements and any other documents relating to offers and contracts for the human resources team.
The right candidate will have an eye for detail, produce work of the highest quality and be dedicated to keeping data systems up to date while adhering to standard confidentiality and data security procedures. The ability to work under pressure and time critical conditions is important but overall the need to be flexible and prioritize demanding tasks and meet deadlines is crucial.
