Position Overview

The Inclusive Diversity Administrative Coordinator will serve on the team responsible for executing proactive people strategies that promote A&M’s Core Value of Inclusive Diversity and support company-wide organizational development and growth. The Inclusive Diversity Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the execution of administrative and project-related functions focused on inclusive diversity. This role is an integral part of our Human Resources team that interfaces with stakeholders across the firm to help effect change. Examples of responsibilities include brainstorming ideas and organizing various programs, coordinating events for national/global participation, and liaising with Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and business unit operation leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of inclusive diversity-focused programs and events related to professional development and training, employee resource group and heritage month events, and recruiting and pipeline programs
  • Manage and maintain calendar meetings, events and other in-person or virtual engagement activities
  • Coordinate and track payment to external vendors, and for sponsorships of diversity events and partnerships with strategically aligned organizations
  • Help develop content for A&M’s inclusive marketing, including regularly updating materials and content on internal and external webpages
  • Assist with the compiling of client, benchmarking, and regulatory reports on diversity-related topics that may also include statistics
  • Assist with identifying patterns and trends in data sets and qualitative feedback, and in developing materials to communicate these insights to stakeholders
  • Be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and orderliness of the inclusive diversity Share Point Site; and coordinate the inclusive diversity SharePoint calendar with up-to-date cultural observances and ERG events
  • Consistently exercise discretion and good judgment, including sensitivity to confidential information, and cultural sensitivity and awareness related to individuals from wide-ranging backgrounds
  • Perform additional duties not listed in the job description as required by business needs
