Actively participate in projects discussions, managing timelines and deliverables.
Serve as the key liaison person between internal departments on request and issue resolutions.
Assist to review and upload invoices to system and downloading of reports.
Assist to monitor projects status and Collections.
Assist in yearly budgeting and forecasting activities.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentation slides.
Partner with other business units to collect and analyse data.
Perform any other duties and ad-hoc projects when assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Finance or Accounting;
• 3-5 years of finance experience preferably in service/consulting industries;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
• Attention to details, with ability to prioritize and multi-task;
• Organizational fit with A&M’s culture and values;
