What will you be doing?
You will be working closely with a team to assess complex economic issues in disputes between and investigations of large corporations. You will support clients is litigation and regulatory investigations involving antitrust and competition, securities, international arbitration, and class actions.
Using your economic theory, econometrics, and quantitative methods, you will be helping our clients and their counsel understand and resolve the economic issues around their legal matters across a wide range of projects and industries, including financial services, healthcare, energy, environmental, and technology. Working as a partner to our clients by building consultative relationships you will develop an in-depth understanding of the client, the industry and the case to surface and address key issues, from the big picture to the smallest details. You will develop and communicate your analyses, findings, and insights to your team. Relying on your initiative and flexibility to deliver results in an agile and collaborative team environment, you will build strong relationships with clients, legal counsel, and expert witnesses.
