Corporate Transformation Services (CTS) as one of A&M’s core competencies advise clients in improving profitability targets and leading clients out of strategic and operational crisis situations in a sustainable manner.
A&M’s Operations professionals assist our clients in analysing operations, supply chain and distribution channels for potential value creation opportunities and to help drive them during our client’s ownership. From our thorough fact-based analysis, we assess state of operations, identify key risks to investment and quantify potential EBITDA improvement plans for the buyer and seller.
As a (Senior) Associate (m/f/d) focused on Operations & Supply Chain you will manage the following key responsibilities, supported by the European Corporate Transformation team
Conception and implementation of performance improvement measures in the production, engineering, maintenance, SCM, purchasing and logistics areas of the client
Optimization of value chains involving interdisciplinary teams
Supporting clients in the context of international transformation and turnaround projects
At best you already have some relevant consulting experience and the following qualifications:
Excellent university degree
Industry experience desirable
Sound knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles such as value stream mapping and value stream design, store floor management
Excellent German and English language skills, other foreign languages are of advantage.
