A&M’s established Financial Restructuring practice advises companies, investors and creditors in complex restructuring processes. Our key expertise comprise to evaluate the risks and opportunities of a company’s business plan and subsequently develop, negotiate and implement restructuring alternatives in order to maximize recovery.
As a Working Student (m/f/d) – Financial Restructuring Advisory you will support your colleagues on demanding multi-stakeholder, multi-national and domestic restructuring advisory engagements. You can expect a wide range of responsibilities:
Contribute to business development activities including the creation of client pitches and proposals to win new mandates
Initial diagnostic assessment of companies’ key issues and business outlook
Capital structure modelling analysis
Financial key performance indicators and cash flow assessments
Support team members in advising companies or stakeholders of companies facing financial difficulties
Assist team members in their daily tasks
At best you already have some relevant consulting experience and the following qualifications:
Advanced bachelor's or currently enrolled in a Master’s programme
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Goal-oriented work approach with a high-quality standard and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging, and uncertain environment
Strong affinity for figures, but also ability to convince others by your open and accessible nature, as not only your skills matter
Excellent English and German language skills, other foreign languages are very welcome.
