We're developing a cutting-edge Generative AI tool designed to streamline analysis and research by automating portions of data analysis, identifying opportunities, and facilitating interactive data search. Our platform aims to enhance private equity decision-making through advanced AI techniques, transforming complex use case scenarios into streamlined, insightful processes.
As advisors to private equity funds, we bring a structured and disciplined approach to create and capture value. We provide private equity buyers with a broad continuum of knowledge and tools for due diligence (IT and operational), merger integration / carve-out planning and execution, transition service agreement negotiation & governance, ERP implementations, IT operations & cost reduction, and enterprise architecture. We support full spectrum of the deal lifecycle from pre-deal technology, operational and synergy reviews, through 'Day-1' planning, to post-deal implementations.

Director:
We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Solutions Architect with a background in AI technologies and machine learning to lead the development of our innovative Generative AI platform aimed at supporting analysis and research in the private equity space. This role will collaborate closely with our team to define specific needs and goals for the tool, establish use cases, refine the pattern recognition framework, co-develop datasets, customize for optimal performance, and maintain ongoing collaboration throughout the development process.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute expertise to train, refine and enhance the pattern recognition capabilities of the Generative AI tool, improving its accuracy and relevance. Work with consulting staff to outline various use cases for the Generative AI tool, shaping its training, fine-tuning, development and functionality to support a broad range of investor diligence scenarios. Co-develop and maintain a comprehensive dataset of issues, findings, and recommendations from past projects to inform the Generative AI tool's decision-making capabilities and implement training. Customize the AI tool for optimal performance, tailoring its features and capabilities to our unique context and requirements. Collaborate closely with the team to identify and define the specific requirements for our Generative AI tool, ensuring it aligns with our strategic objectives and the needs of our private equity clients.
Qualifications:
4+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning or a related field, with a minimum of two years specializing in AI solutions development, implementation, and customization. Expertise in AI model training and fine-tuning Proven track record of collaborating effectively with C-suite executives Excellent fact-gathering and analytical skills, including business process mapping and quantitative analysis. Previous experience in strategy and change management, ideally gained in a top-tier strategy firm, leading specialist, niche advisory firm, or Big-4 consultancy. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Flexibility to travel at least 50% of the time.
