We are seeking an A&MPLIFY Operations Manager to directly support the A&MPLIFY Strategy Team. This is a hybrid role spanning remote, client, and in-office work locations and requires occasional travel. 

Job Description 

 

1.       Lead development & execution of A&MPLIFY operations strategic plan

2.       Support planning and schedule management related to Strategy team priorities

3.       Support governance and coordination of A&MPLIFY operating model

4.       Streamline reporting processes to track program health, financials, utilization, and sales pipeline

5.       Support quality management processes including contract, risk, and compliance activities

6.       Manage communications with industry partners, internal A&M teams, and across MD and non-MD A&MPLIFY team

7.       Support day to day tactical activities for Strategy team

 Qualifications

1.       Approximately 5+ years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 4 years of related work experience providing advisory services in leading Program Management function in at least one of the following areas: PMO/EPMO design/set up and delivery, Program road-mapping design, PMO maturity assessment, End-to End ERP implementation, End-to End PPM implementation.

2.       PM Methodology expertise such as: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall

3.       Experience supporting and participating in pursuit efforts. Experience with the end-to-end RFP process (RFP, Response, Proposal, Client Presentation, SOW and Execution) and understanding of client procurement processes

4.       Strong relationship building, communication and influencing skills

5.       Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

6.       Ability to interact with all levels

7.       Self-motivated, enthusiastic individual able to communicate at all levels, inspire, motivate

8.       A passion about implementing change and innovation

9.       Driven by values and integrity and leads by example

The following are the annual base salary ranges, commensurate with experience: Consultant: $90,000-$135,000; Manager: $135,000-$185,000. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance.  Please ask your recruiter for details.
