Within A&M's Disputes & Investigations function we offer forensic technology services,litigation consulting and forensic investigations. 

Our Forensic Technology Services team is comprised of leading forensic technologists who have extensive expertise in computer science and information systems and offer a hands-on approach to the collection, preservation, and analysis of electronic information. The main focus of the FTS includes digital investigations, electronic discovery management, data mining and database analysis, information management and cybersecurity. 

As an (Senior) Manager (m/f/d) you will manage the following key responsibilities, supported by the Disputes & Investigation Services team  

  • Business Development, preparing proposals for new clients 

  • Managing and delivering projects 

  • Leading project teams  

  • Independently collecting, preserving and analysing electronic information including: 

  • Digital Investigations 

  • Electronic Disclosure Management 

  • Data Mining and Database Analytics 

  • Information Governance, and 

  • Cyber Security 

At best you already have some relevant consulting experience and the following qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree from an accredited university is require 

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Forensic Technology specifically working in eDiscovery and/or Digital Investigations 

  • Experience working with eDiscovery platforms and a full understanding of the necessary workflow from data collection to review; Relativity certification would be advantageous 

  • Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to synthesize information from several sources and draw coherent, well-evidenced conclusions 

  • Fluency in German and English
