Our German Transaction Advisory Group is lead by twelve highly experienced and established Managing Directors and Senior Directors. As a Director (m/f/d) you will manage the following key responsibilities, supported by the European Transaction Advisory team;
- Lead teams and work on multiple Transaction Advisory engagements in Germany, across Europe & globally, working closely with our Managing Directors
- Gain constant exposure to our Managing Directors, leveraging their substantial deal experience and be proactively involved in commercial, business development, and marketing
- Use the commercial aspects of your financial analysis skills, in addition to gaining exposure to the key drivers and valuation considerations which drive a transaction
- Work alongside operational and commercial professionals in combined project teams enhancing your understanding of the broader due diligence and wider deal process
- Network internally with our service lines and work on external marketing events to build cross- service line relationships
Experience required
- Experience leading Transaction Advisory (Financial Due Diligence) projects across a variety of sectors at a Big 4 audit firm
- Strong academic record and graduated from a leading University or equivalent
- Well-developed stakeholder management skills including managing key client relationships and networking / Business development
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Native or fluent German & English is essential. Additional language skills are highly advantageous
- Highly ambitious and motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset, deep functional knowledge and insight, a blend of operational and commercial skills and an entrepreneurial approach
