A&M Valuations & Business Modelling provide a full suite of services across Mergers & Acquisitions, Sovereign Wealth funds, Private Equity portfolios, Contentious Valuations, Complex Financial Instruments and Illiquid Securities.  We are expanding and we are delighted to launch our Valuations practice in the Middle East.

A&M have attracted top performers at Partner and every experienced level from our competitor firms and opportunities now exist at all levels within our new Valuations team for experienced and ambitious valuations professionals.

As part of a select and highly skilled team, you will have the opportunity to get involved in multiple and complex Valuation engagements whilst collaborating closely with a range of industry leading specialists across different teams. Successful candidates will;

  • Work with a variety of Sovereign Wealth funds, large-cap and mid-cap PE houses, corporate clients and financial institutions gaining broad industry exposure
  • Use a variety of tools to conduct extensive data analysis and valuation modelling to conduct research, synthesize information and develop reports
  • Benefit from established formal and informal training programme and mentorship in addition to contributing to the development of the wider team through the provision of formal and informal training

Typical projects will include;

  • Fairness Opinions and Commercial Valuations
  • Business plans analysis and reviews
  • PE Portfolio Valuations
  • Alternative Investment
  • Complex Financial Instruments
  • Intellectual Property Valuations
  • Tangible Asset Valuations including Plant, Machinery and Real Property
  • Valuations for Disputes & Litigation
  • Financial Reporting Valuations (IFRS, US GAAP, UK GAAP)
  • Tax Valuations

The ideal candidate will have;

  • Experience in Valuations gained at a Big 4 accounting firm or an independent advisory firm
  • Experience providing valuation and modelling expertise across a variety of sectors
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Fluent business level English is essential. Additional language skills including Arabic are advantageous
  • Ambitious, with a desire to succeed in an entrepreneurial culture
