As an Associate or Senior Associate (m/f/d) you will manage the following key responsibilities, supported by the European Transaction Advisory team;   

  • Work on multiple Transaction Advisory engagements in Germany & Europe, working closely with our Managing Directors 
  • Use the commercial aspects of your financial analysis skills, in addition to gaining exposure to the key drivers and valuation considerations which drive a transaction 
  • Benefit from both formal and informal training courses and workshops
  • Work alongside operational and commercial professionals in combined project teams enhancing your understanding of the broader due diligence and wider deal process 
  • Gain constant exposure to our Managing Directors, leveraging their substantial deal experience and be proactively involved in commercial, business development, and marketing 
  • Network internally with our service lines and work on external marketing events to build cross- service line relationships 

 

Experience required

  • Experience contributing to Transaction Advisory (Financial Due Diligence) projects across a variety of sectors at a Big 4 audit firm
  • Strong academic record and graduated from a leading University or equivalent
  • Well-developed stakeholder management skills including managing key client relationships
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Native or fluent German & English is essential. Additional language skills are highly advantageous
