The Team
Our Valuation Services business is a dynamic and fast-growing business. Over the last 7 years we have established teams in London, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Munich, and Paris. We are unrestricted by any conflict with audit mandates and the resulting issues caused that are typical in many of our competitors. We are also able to operate cross-border seamlessly & work on many international projects.
We provide a full suite of valuation services in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity portfolios, Contentious Valuations, Complex Financial Instruments, Illiquid Securities and Financial and Tax reporting. All of our teams are expanding, and we have established A&M as one of the leading providers of Valuation services globally & the no.1 firm to develop a pan European career in Valuations today.
How you will contribute
Our Paris based Valuations team is highly active in France and are involved in landmark transactions. Due to increasing demand, we are expanding this team and seeking an experienced valuations professionals to join us at Associate Director / Manager level.
As part of a select and highly skilled team, you will have the opportunity to;
Work on high profile and complex Valuation engagements
Use a variety of tools to conduct extensive data analysis and valuation modelling
Conduct research, synthesize information and develop reports for high profile clients
Benefit from industry leading formal & informal training programmes
Collaborate closely with leading industry figures across A&M practice areas
Develop a broad industry exposure by working with a variety of large-cap and mid-cap PE houses, corporate clients and financial institutions
The successful candidates will gain constant exposure to our Managing Directors, leveraging their substantial experience and be actively involved in commercial, business development, and marketing.

Valuations in a Restructuring Context
Commercial Valuations
PE Portfolio Valuations
Purchase Price Allocations
Intellectual Property Valuations
Qualifications
Strong valuations experience gained at a Big 4 accounting firm or consulting firm or independent valuation firm
Strong educational background and exceptional academic record, including a strong focus on Finance and/or Mathematics
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint - experience conducting Financial Analysis and Financial Modelling
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Fluent business level French and English is essential
Ambitious with a desire to succeed in an entrepreneurial culture
