Our Valuation Services business is a dynamic and fast-growing business. Over the last 7 years we have established teams in London, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Munich, and Paris. We are unrestricted by any conflict with audit mandates and the resulting issues caused that are typical in many of our competitors. We are also able to operate cross-border seamlessly & work on many international projects.
We provide a full suite of valuation services in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity portfolios, Contentious Valuations, Complex Financial Instruments, Illiquid Securities and Financial and Tax reporting. All of our teams are expanding, and we have established A&M as one of the leading providers of Valuation services globally & the no.1 firm to develop a pan European career in Valuations today.
Our Paris based Valuations team is highly active in France and are involved in landmark transactions. Due to increasing demand, we are expanding this team and seeking an experienced valuations professionals to join us at Associate Director / Manager level.
