A&M TAG is independent and unrestricted by any conflict with audit mandates and the resulting issues caused. We are also able to operate cross-border seamlessly.

Our Paris practice is well established and one of the fastest growing advisory businesses in France. Our leadership team is a collection of highly experienced professionals and they are supported by an exceptional team drawn from industry and professional services. Our Paris based TAG practice is led by twelve highly experienced and established Managing Directors and Senior Directors. The team has earned an exceptional reputation for excellent work & they are highly active in France, working for premium clients on high profile deals: large and mid-cap private equity, fast growth premium small cap deals, multinational corporates, and French LBO’s. Their work comprises French situations and cross border activity in addition to international situations around the world.

A&M’s Global Transaction Advisory Group (“TAG”) is the largest transaction advisory practice outside the Big 4 audit firms. Our award-winning practice includes over 800 professionals in 35 offices across the U.S., Middle East, Europe, Latin America, India and Asia Pacific. We have established A&M as the leading provider of Financial Due Diligence globally outside the big four & the no.1 firm to develop a pan European career in Transaction Advisory today.

All of our teams are expanding and looking for experienced and ambitious individuals to join our Transactions Advisory team and focus on the Financial Services industry.

As part of a select and highly skilled team, you will have the opportunity to;

  • Work on multiple Transaction Advisory engagements in France and across Europe, working closely with our Managing Directors & Senior Directors
  • Use the commercial aspects of your financial analysis skills, in addition to gaining exposure to the key drivers and valuation considerations which drive a transaction
  • Work alongside operational and commercial professionals in combined project teams enhancing your understanding of the broader due diligence and wider deal process
  • Gain constant exposure to our Managing Directors, leveraging their substantial deal experience and be proactively involved in commercial, business development, and marketing
  • Network internally with our service lines and work on external marketing events to build cross- service line relationships
  • Be active in the market and build the financial services proposition by supporting and enhancing existing client relationships and in originating new client relationships

Essential experience

  • Experience in financial due diligence / Transaction Advisory in Financial Services at a Big 4 firm is essential
  • Graduated from a leading “Grande Ecoles” in Business and / or Engineering, or equivalent
  • Fluent business level French and English is essential and additional European language skills including Dutch, Italian, German, Swedish or Spanish are highly desirable
