A&M’s Global Transaction Advisory Group (“TAG”) is the largest transaction advisory practice outside the Big 4 audit firms. Our award-winning practice includes over 800 professionals in 35 offices across the U.S., Middle East, Europe, Latin America, India and Asia Pacific.  In 2021 we launched our TAG practice in Dubai, Madrid & Geneva & all of our existing teams are expanding. We have established A&M as the leading provider of Financial Due Diligence globally outside the big four & the no.1 firm to develop a pan European career in Transaction Advisory today.

We are ambitious to grow our Paris TAG team so we are looking to hire exceptional & experienced Transactions Advisory professionals at all levels to support our Managing Directors. Successful candidates will deliver on French and pan European projects to leading Private Equity clients, Financial Institutions and Corporates.

This is a unique opportunity to join an established & growing business and play an instrumental role in building a practice area. 

As part of a select and highly skilled team, you will have the opportunity to;

• Work on multiple Transaction Advisory engagements in France and across Europe, working closely with our Managing Directors
• Gain constant exposure to our Managing Directors, leveraging their substantial deal experience and be proactively involved in commercial, business development, and marketing
• Use the commercial aspects of your financial analysis skills, in addition to gaining exposure to the key drivers and valuation considerations which drive a transaction
• Work alongside operational and commercial professionals in combined project teams enhancing your understanding of the broader due diligence and wider deal process
• Network internally with our service lines and work on external marketing events to build cross- service line relationships
• Be active in the market, supporting and enhancing existing client relationships and in originating new client relationships.

Essential experience;

• Experience in Transaction Services (financial due diligence) at a Big 4 firm is essential
• A strong academic record and professional qualifications are helpful
• Native French and fluent English is required. Additional European language skills including Spanish, Dutch, German, Swedish or Italian are desirable
