Our established Transaction Advisory practice (TAG) has been one of the Top 5 Financial Due Diligence advisors by deal value in the Benelux for the last five years. A&M TAG is independent and unrestricted by any conflict with audit mandates and the resulting issues caused.
TAG has established teams in London, Amsterdam, Munich, Frankfurt, Stockholm, Paris, Zurich, Geneva, Birmingham, Madrid, Milan and Dubai. We operate as an integrated team delivering on in-country, pan European and Global projects to leading Private Equity clients, Financial Institutions and Corporates.
Our team in Amsterdam is expanding and we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Director / Associate Director to join our Financial Due Diligence team. We welcome applications from individuals currently pursuing careers in the Transaction Advisory teams of Big 4 accountancy firms who would like to work in an international and entrepreneurial environment that is free of audit conflicts.
