The US and Canada Benefits Team is seeking a Benefits Analyst who will support with the day-to-day operations of the US and Canada A&M benefit programs. 

  • Assist with the administration of the health and welfare plans as well as wellness programming, leaves of absence, and COBRA
  • Support employees at all levels with benefit enrollments, plan year changes, and annual enrollment changes in the Workday HRIS
  • Collaborate with Payroll and Finance to ensure billing and payroll deductions are handled timely and accurately
  • Prepare, audit and ensure payment of vendor invoices and self-billed insurance payments
  • Support the annual open enrollment process - pre and post enrollment cycle and answer employee questions throughout the process
  • Assist with communication and education to employees regarding benefit programs
  • Participate in the planning and development of the overall benefits programs
  • Provide top tier escalation support for benefits inquiries and work closely with groups to ensure resolution
  • Assist with the maintenance and updating of the benefit SharePoint site, benefit brochures, communication campaigns, and benefits process documentation, including standard operating procedures
  • Serve as a liaison between A&M benefit carriers and employees
  • Maintain employee records and all benefit information Workday HRIS
  • Work on other benefit-related projects as assigned
  • Complete routine audits to ensure data integrity 



  • 1-2 years HR and/or benefits administration experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Experience with invoice/billing reconciliation
  • Proven knowledge of benefits and plan administration
  • Strong computer proficiency including MS Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize with a strong attention to detail.
  • A self-starter, with proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently
  • Experience with Workday is a plus
