As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a working student to support our HR team in Munich. Our HR department is responsible for ensuring that the data, processes, policies, contract conclusions and general logistics of the employee lifecycle run smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to leverage their skills or expand their knowledge in the field of human resources.

As a Working student (m/f/d) - Human Resources you will:

  • Provide operational and administrative support to the HR team

  • Prepare work, interim and internship references and certificates

  • Be responsible for the maintenance and organisation of HR master data in compliance with data protection regulations

  • Conduct research on various labor law and HR-related issues

  • Support in other exciting HR projects and ad-hoc issues

At best you bring the following characteristics with you: 

  • Interest and fun in HR tasks

  • High level of interpersonal skills in dealing with sensitive and confidential information

  • Strong communication skills to work with different business units & stakeholders

  • A \hands-on\ and result-driven personality

  • Excellent oral and written language skills in German and English

  • Good MS Office skills

  • Organisational talent and a structured, detail-oriented, independently way of working
