We are seeking a Security E-Discovery Analyst to join our Global Security Office (GSO) team. This position will report to the GSO Forensic Manager, and the job holder will be based out in the US

What will you be doing?

You will be collaborating closely with a team to resolve complex investigations and compliance matters that pose a significant risk for our internal GSO team. You will conduct Security E-discovery Fraud investigations, forensically analyze complex transactions and fact patterns, and support the GSO team in litigation matters.

Some of the main responsibilities include:

  • Follow best practice methodologies for the E-Discovery life cycle and for the preservation and collection of electronic evidence.
  • Identify, organize, and verify critical data across the full life cycle of the e-discovery process.  (Preservation, collection, processing, review, and production)
  • Advise legal on data collection, litigation matters, and document retention.
  • Act as subject matter for the Global Security Office for incidents requiring forensic investigations.
  • Integrate processes with key stakeholders such as Legal, IT (Asset Management), Field Services, etc, and additional business units where applicable.
  • Perform quality control review over work product.
  • Implement problem-solving methods to resolve unforeseen technical and operational obstacles.
  • Other associated tasks and responsibilities as assigned through a ticketing system. 

Core Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Information Security, Forensics, or Computer Science is preferred)  
  • Computer forensic collections and eDiscovery experience.
  • SQL or PowerShell scripting
  • Professional Certifications: EnCase, FTK, Axiom, or other equivalent certifications are highly desirable.

  • Work independently as a team representative in the allocated region as well as show excellent teamwork skills.
  • Ability to develop thorough documentation and operational playbooks in addition to suggesting enhancements to improve capability. 
  • Experienced in working with external vendors and third parties. 
  • Good understanding of system and network practices.
