Senior Coordinator, Marketing Operations & Technology

Alvarez and Marsal (“A&M”) is looking for a passionate and highly organized Senior Coordinator, to support the objectives of our Marketing Operations & Technology team.  This role is within A&M’s Global Marketing organization and plays a crucial role in driving the effectiveness and efficiency of our marketing operations and technologies. This individual will be responsible for leading project initiatives that will help add to and enhance our overall marketing processes, technology, and workflow. This role will report to the Senior Marketing Manager of Global Marketing Operations, Technology & Web Services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Create, manage, and execute project plans for priority initiatives that may include (but not limited to) process improvement, technology improvements / transitions, change management, team events and related.
  • Work with Global Marketing Leadership and their teams to obtain feedback about current processes, technology and related to identify and implement necessary improvements.
  • Work with and manage workflow and assignments for third-party vendors as necessary.
  • Manage vendor onboarding, contract execution, contract renewals and invoice processing (as needed).

Required Skills:

  • Strong and proven project management and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and organized a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint).
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms a plus.
  • Experience with project management software a plus.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or business
  • 5+ years in an operations, technology or project management related role within a sales, marketing, client service or similar function
  • PMP certification a plus

The salary range is $60,000 - $80,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance.  Please ask your recruiter for details.
