Atividades e responsabilidades:

  • Recepcionar executivos com profissionalismo;
  • Manter a recepção organizada e eficiente;
  • Cuidar da organização das salas e dos materiais;
  • Coordenar solicitações de café e lanches;
  • Organizar a entrada e saída de visitantes;
  • Gerenciar compras e cotações de materiais;
  • Solicitar envios de motoboy e correspondências e realizar acompanhamento;
  • Manter registros precisos de pagamentos.
     

Qualificações:

  • Formação completa em Administração, Secretariado ou áreas correlatas;
  • Habilidade no uso do Outlook e envio de convites;
  • Experiência sólida em gerenciamento administrativo.


Competências:

  • Capaz de operar de forma autônoma e confiável;
  • Flexibilidade para assumir tarefas adicionais, como serviço de almoço quando necessário;
  • Inglês intermediário é um diferencial.
