We have an exciting 12-month graduate program opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in management consulting. The Bidayah program develops, motivates, and inspires the most talented and distinguished university students in Saudi Arabia to achieve their full potential.
Upon joining us, you will take part in a regional induction program to help you become familiar with A&M as a business, its brand, its values, its work, and its systems and processes. Upon completing the induction and technical training, you’ll be working alongside other ambitious professionals with the opportunity to travel across the region. We will continue to invest in your career growth, helping you develop and grow your skills and knowledge. During your graduate program, you will get exposure to multiple clients from different industries. After completing the program, there is an opportunity to apply for a full-time role at A&M Middle East.

If you are an ambitious final year university student or a fresh graduate, we are looking for you.
