Atividades e Responsabilidades:

  • Responsável por análises tributárias complexas, avaliar estruturas empresariais e transações financeiras para identificar oportunidades de planejamento tributário, pesquisa de regulamentações fiscais, a aplicação de leis tributárias relevantes e a recomendação de estratégias fiscais eficientes para os clientes.
  • Gestão do relacionamento com cliente;
  • Gestão de projeto realizando acompanhamento e garantindo cumprimento do cronogramas;
  • Contribuição para o desenvolvimento da prática de transformação apoiando o desenvolvimento de produtos, preparando propostas para clientes e apoiando no desenvolvimento de metodologia e ferramentas;
  • Definição de escopo de projetos, prioridades de demandas e delegar tarefas à equipe.

Qualificações:

  • Ensino Superior completo em áreas de Contabilidade, Administração e Engenharia de produção;
  • Experiência prévia em assessoria fiscal;
  • Inglês intermediário, desejável avançado;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar de forma eficaz com pessoas em todos os níveis da organização, de comunicar ideias complexas de maneira eficaz;
  • Disponibilidade para viajar.

Competências:

  • Boa capacidade de comunicação, capacidade de escuta e interpretação para tratativas com C-Level (entender para atender);
  • Capacidade de produção de dados para direcionamento de entregas, propondo planos de ação e auxiliando a gestão em tomadas de decisão;
  • Disposição para assumir desafios em projetos de alta complexidade, e lidar com alto volume de entregas;
  • Demonstrar iniciativa e proatividade para responder às demandas da liderança do projeto e do cliente, e explorar novas ideias/soluções/metodologias/ferramentas para realizar seu trabalho.
