This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join a ‘hands on’ team.  You will contribute to work streams on large programs but also smaller projects, leveraging your Digital & Technology knowhow and skill set in challenging the status quo and developing sound solutions either from an external point of view or in collaborative settings with your client organization. 

Alongside our broader European DTS team colleagues, we define and deliver innovative strategic programs – aligning each digital initiative to a specific company goal- getting the client from where the company is today to where it wants to be in the future.

Through our DTS practice, A&M helps clients ideate, incubate, and industrialize new business models including agile target operating models, customer and product innovations, or intelligent and automated back offices leveraging a mix of capabilities ranging from digital product management, customer experience (CX) service design, data and analytics, and self-service platforms.

The Main Tasks Will Include

  • Support our Digital Team in Paris as they serve our clients in Corporates (i.e., brands), Private Equity firms and Financial Institutions
  • Assisting on synthesising information after research and analysis into high quality client reports and recommendations.
  • Utilising Excel, PowerPoint, Power Bi, Tableau and other data-related applications to assist in creating client deliverables.
  • Supporting Managing Directors and other senior members of the team with client pitch production

Requirements

  • Studying at a leading “Grande Ecoles” in Business and / or Engineering, or equivalent
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise – especially in highly pressured situations
  • Some Excel modelling skills, Power Bi, Tableau, Python
  • Fluent business level English and French is essential. Additional European language skills including Dutch, German, Italian or Spanish are highly desirable
  • Strong interest in a career within Digital & Technological Services
