Activities and Responsibilities -

  • Lead the execution of project workstreams, demonstrating expertise and identifying opportunities for process improvement within the assigned tasks.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations with clients, as well as internal managerial and executive stakeholders, showcasing proficiency and confidence in discussing project matters.
  • Collaborate with teams and clients, engaging in negotiations and fostering effective partnerships between leadership.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships, seeking to understand their needs and contributing to their satisfaction.
  • Participate in industry events and associations to broaden professional connections and identify potential growth avenues.
  • Contribute to the identification and pursuit of new business prospects, aligned with the strategic goals of I&CP and other Business Units.
  • Drive project analyses, propose actionable plans, and exhibit strong decision-making capabilities.
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities while effectively guiding project delivery.

Qualifications -

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management and business development, ideally within consulting or related industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of articulating ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations and develop solutions, emphasizing creativity and critical thinking.
  • Self-starter with strong business acumen and a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
