Atividades e Responsabilidades:

•Responsável por conduzir projetos de diligência financeira e contábil para grandes corporações e fundos de private equity, realizando as atividades planejadas pelos líderes do projeto;
•Realizar análises de diligência financeira e contábil, como propor ajustes ao EBITDA, capital de giro e dívida líquida, análises de fluxo de caixa, análises de preço e volume, análise de margem, tendências de capital de giro, entre outros;
•Propor recomendação de ações com base nos resultados da due diligence;
•Responder prontamente às demandas do projeto e antecipar ações para o sucesso do trabalho;
•Atuação em diversos projetos e trabalho com gestão de equipes multidisciplinar e clientes de diversos setores;
•Articular as solicitações e análises com todos os stakeholders envolvidos no projeto;
•Treinar e desenvolver os recursos menos experientes da nossa prática;
•Contribuir para o desenvolvimento da prática apoiando o desenvolvimento de novas ferramentas, processos, etc.
Qualificações:
•Ensino superior completo em Economia, Ciências contábeis ou Administração;
•Experiência em execução de projetos complexos de diligência financeira e contábil;
•Experiência em auditoria externa ou consultoria em transações (desejável);
•Excelentes habilidades de comunicação escrita e oral, e de apresentação confiante e impactante;
•Disponibilidade para viajar;
•Inglês avançado/ fluente.

Competências:

•Conhecimento contábil sólido (passagem por auditoria externa é um diferencial);
•Alta capacidade analítica (capacidade de analisar grandes bases de dados);
•Nível avançado para ferramenta Excel;
•Capacidade de comunicar ideias complexas em inglês e português (inglês fluente é um diferencial);
•Avaliações de alta performance nas passagens anteriores é um diferencial.
•Capacidade de viabilizar análises para direcionamento de entregas, propondo planos de ação e demonstrando confiança para tomadas de decisão;
•Perfil empreendedor, com ambição e apetite ao risco.
