Description

Atividades e Responsabilidades:

• Realizar pesquisas sobre regulamentos fiscais, leis tributárias e questões fiscais específicas para apoiar a equipe de TAX. Isso inclui a análise de documentos legais e fiscais, a revisão de casos de jurisprudência e a elaboração de resumos e relatórios sobre as questões pesquisadas;
•Auxiliar na análise de dados financeiros, realizando tarefas como a reconciliação de contas, a compilação de informações financeiras e a preparação de relatórios resumidos;
• Realizar pesquisas sobre setores específicos, empresas-alvo ou aspectos regulatórios relevantes para as transações em andamento, apoiar a equipe na elaboração de análises de valuation, coletando informações relevantes e auxiliando na preparação de modelos financeiros;
• Participar de reuniões com a equipe de Transaction Advisory, contribuindo com ideias, tomando notas e auxiliando na documentação das discussões e decisões tomadas.

Qualificações:

•Cursando graduação em áreas de Direito, Contabilidade ou Administração.
•Habilidades no Pacote office (word, excel, powerpoint);
•Disponibilidade para estagiar 30 horas semanais;
•Disponibilidade para estagiar no modelo híbrido,
•Inglês.

•Proatividade;
•Boa comunicação oral e escrita;
•Bom raciocínio lógico;
•Vontade de colocar a mão na massa e aprender.
