ScoInfrastructure & Capital Projects (I&CP)

A rea tem como objetivo atuar em todo o ciclo de vida de projetos de capital intensivo (grandes empreendimentos, projetos de logstica, minerao, energia, O&G, entre outros). A atuao da A&M vai desde o suporte a estruturao de projetos, participao em processos M&A relacionados a ativos de infraestrutura, passa por todas as etapas de desenvolvimento/implantao de um projeto e segue at a gesto do ativo.

Atividades

  • Gerenciamento de projetos baseado nas metodologias reconhecidas de mercado AACE, PMI;
  • Desenvolvimento de projetos (plano de projeto, estudos de viabilidade, anlise de Capex, cronograma, modalidades contratuais, suprimentos em projetos);
  • Gesto de contratos, anlise de pleitos e disputas contratuais (incluindo suporte litgios, arbitragens);
  • Anlise de riscos de projetos;
  • Gesto Econmico-Financeira de Projetos;
  • Governana, compliance e auditoria tcnica de projetos;
  • Gesto de Ativos;
  • Gesto Interina de Projetos;

Pr-requisitos

  • Formao em Engenharia; preferencia para Engenharia Eltrica, Engenharia de Manuteno ou Confiabilidade
  • Ingls intermediario para avanado;
  • Disponibilidade para viagens constantes;
  • Profissionais que tenham atuado na gesto de projetos ser considerado um diferencial.
  • Experiencia com automao de processos de infraestrutura.
  • Conhecimento em linguagens computacional como SAP PM, Power BI, Alteryx; R, Phyton e qualquer outra como diferencial;
